The
70 unit new residential subdivision, located off Emery road near
to the Warrensville Heights/Orange Village
Corporation line (the
former Warrensville Heights School garden site), is proceeding
ahead as scheduled. Actual construction is scheduled to begin
in May 2004. The subdivision will consist of twenty cluster homes
and 50 single-family homes. The subdivision is designed by the
renowned Cleveland architecture firm, City Architecture. It is
modeled in a French European motif, included with the latest
American amenities. These homes are designed to offer housing
opportunities to a variety of people with a variety of incomes;
such as young professionals, empty nesters, retirees, families
looking to move up in housing, and also new families.
The homes will be priced from $170,000 to $400,000. The lot sizes
range from .15 acres to .60 acres. The development will have the
added amenities such as a community clubhouse that can be used
by all the members of the Les Chateaux des Emery Woods homeowner

Joins Warrensville HTS in NE Ohio's Effort to Spur Economic
Development and Return People to Work.
On an undeveloped piece of property located on Richmond just
north of Emery Road , Cuyahoga Community College will be constructing
its 110,000 square foot “Corporate College ®”. Mayor Marcia
L. Fudge and Tri-C President Dr. Jerry Sue Thornton have joined
forces to establish a vehicle that will offer NE Ohio new dynamic
professional courses, certification programs and customized training
that will help prepare a highly skilled workforce to meets the
needs of business and industry in NE Ohio .
The
establishment of Warrensville Heights Corporate College ® location
will offer affordable training and education to those seeking
skills and competencies regional employers need to be successful
in the new economy. Tri-C is clearly an significantly raising
the bar and creating the mechanism to improve and enhance job
retention and growth in the area. As stated so correctly by Mayor
