Our Mission

Each member’s commitment is to protect lives and preserve property to the best of his or her ability.

      Chief Stanley Martin

The Warrensville Heights Fire Department currently has thirty-three members. This includes five Lieutenants, A Fire Prevention Bureau Executive Officer and Twenty-six Firefighters. The City of Warrensville Heights has two fire stations. Station One is located at Warrensville Center Rd. and Ellicott. Station Two is east of Richmond Rd. and Emery. All members of the fire service are specially trained and have exceeded the necessary requirements. Firefighter/Paramedic training is ongoing and provided by the City of Warrensville Heights.

The Fire Department provides 24 Hour around the clock protection to both fire and EMS emergencies and transports all EMS patients to local hospitals. Members are involved in the County HazMat, Technical Rescue. There are thirty-one sworn members, including one (1) Fire Chief, one (1) Fire Marshall and five (5) Lieutenants.

We offer several programs and services throughout our community including but not limited to CPR training classes, fire extinguisher training, smoke detector give-away program complete with batting exchange after 6 months. We also offer First Aid classes and more.

We are active in our community and available for speaking engagements, help develop citizen corporation groups or other informational gathering organizations.

We have developed a Fire Department card-reporting system being distributed to our community as well as patients transported by our Emergency squad. We would appreciate responses pertaining to our professionalism, care and or suggestions for improvement areas.
