Community Activities And News

The Community Activities Department is confident that you will have more fun here than any other city around. There are several major events that are sponsored by the City of Warrensville Heights such as the Black History Program, Easter Celebration, Senior Luncheon, Memorial Day Parade, Health Wellness and Safety Events, Make a Difference Day, Home Days, Halloween Party and Christmas Party. These events are planned to help support the vision of our Mayor. Each event is used to promote family, fun, and fellowship within our community.

The Community Activities Department is also responsible for the creation of our “Friendly City News” a newsletter designed to keep the residents informed about our city, which is distributed on a quarterly basis. This newsletter as a statement from each of our directors, which will inform you about what is going on in each department.

The City of Warrensville Heights has a Volunteer Committee, which meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. Every resident is welcome to participate.
