Meetings

Regular meetings of council convene on the
First (1st) and Third (3rd) Tuesday of every month
City Hall - Council Chambers: 6:00 Caucus and 7:00 meeting

Regular Meetings: The Council shall hold at least two (2) regular meeting in each calendar month.

Public Meetings: All meetings of the Council, whether regular, special or emergency, or of its committees, shall be open to the public, except as provided hereof.

Special Meetings: May be called by the Mayor or any three (3) members of Council.

Emergency Meetings: In case of a local or national emergency, the Mayor or President of Council may call an emergency meeting without twenty-four (24) hours notice in writing. Only ordinances dealing with the emergency shall be passed.

Executive Sessions: Council may call an executive session of its members for any regular or special Council meeting or committee meeting into executive session in certain circumstances.
