Paint Disposal |
Residents can bring old paint cans to the Service Department for disposal. Tire disposal is the responsibility of the resident. Please bring all paint disposal to the Old Location at 18909 Miles Road.

Special Services |
A special pick up is rubbish pick up any day other than your normal rubbish day, there is a $10.00 fee. The Service Departments provides blue recycle bags for residents until 3:30 PM. After 3:30 PM bags can be picked up at the Senior & Civic Center. The diameter of the brush cannot be more than 10 inches in diameter |
Tool Rental |
 The Service Department also provides a tool rental program for residents. There is a $35.00 cash deposit, when equipment is returned you will receive $25.00 back, the rental fee is $10.00. The types of tools that are available are fertilizer spreader, hedge trimmer (electric), lawn mower, lawn & sidewalk edger (gas), lawn thatcher, pole saw (for high tree branches), Roto-tiller and Weed Eater. Hours for tool rental are 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM Monday-Friday. |
