Yes. We have three census tracts; 1881.04, 1881.05 and 1881.07 which represent 90% of the city parcels. There are development opportunities in the following zones: mixed use, retail, apartment, and commercial, single family and multi-family.

Some uses are permitted 'by right,' which means that no special approvals are needed, while others may be 'conditionally permitted.'
