Mill Creek - Erosion Problem Meeting

The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District is undertaking projects to improve storm water runoff in our community. One of the proposed projects is along Mill Creek where there is an erosion problem. A meeting to review the project is scheduled for Tuesday, January 22 at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 4301 Warrensville Center Road. Representatives from the Sewer District will be at the meeting to present the project and answer questions. Parking Ban!

The City of Warrensville Heights has issued a parking ban in effect from Friday, Jan. 18 at 5 p.m. through Monday, Jan. 21 at 12 p.m. The ban prohibits motorists from parking on city streets so plows and emergency service vehicles are unobstructed. Violators will be towed and charged a fine if vehicles are parked on city streets during the parking ban. {MORE}

Our property values are assessed every six years by the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer for the Tax Commissioner for the State of Ohio in what they refer to as a mass appraisal. This is one of those years. We have been notified that our residential values have increased by 13% and our commercial/industrial properties have increased by 12%.
