Proposed Plans for Multi-Family Housing

The City of Warrensville Heights has entered into a partnership with LDG Development, LLC—one of the nation’s leading developers of high-quality affordable housing—to construct 186 new multi-family housing units. The project will be located on approximately 8.32 acres behind the Warrensville Heights Branch of the Cuyahoga County Library and the Warrensville Family YMCA. LDG will develop, own, and manage the property, providing additional housing options for residents and contributing to the city’s ongoing growth and development.
