New Construction Single-Family Homes

The City of Warrensville Heights, through its Land Bank program, has entered into a Development Agreement with GLH, LLC to construct new single-family, owner-occupied homes on up to 15 city-owned vacant parcels.

GLH, LLC will build and sell the homes at prices ranging between $235,000 and $275,000, depending on market conditions and construction costs. The homes will be constructed in three phases over a 36-month period. Parcels will be transferred to the developer in allotments of five, with each new phase contingent on the completion and occupancy certification of the prior phase and compliance with quality standards.  GLH, LLC plans to break ground on the project in late summer 2025.
